Commercial Mediation

     Mike Weinberg is a professional mediator who specializes in resolving business, commercial, and trust and estate disputes. Certified by CDR Associates, Mike is qualified as a Guidelines Mediator by the Colorado Council of Mediators (CCMO). He applies his extensive background in estate, business and tax planning to mediation.

     Mike participates in the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations’ Volunteer Court Mediation Project. He is a member of the Denver/Colorado Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum, the Section of Dispute Resolution of the American Bar Association, and the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR).
