Life Insurance Consulting and Expert Witness Services

Our practice includes life insurance consulting services for professional advisers and their clients. These services are performed on a fee-basis and include both plan design modification and restructuring, and expert witness support.

Mike Weinberg received his Juris Doctorate from the Harvard Law School. He is both a former co-chair of the Insurance Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association and the editor emeritus of The Insurance Counselor primer series published by that Section. Mike is also a noted author and lecturer.
